Company & operating model

Built to originate, validate and commercialize difficult infrastructure IP.

Sinteag operates as a compact senior platform with CEO, CFO and CTO leadership, designed to assemble the right expertise around each asset and transaction.

Founder and executive leadership

Skip Middleton

Founder, CEO, board chair and turnaround operator

Skip Middleton is a technology entrepreneur and operating executive whose governance experience includes service as a board chair, director and advisory-board member for private and public companies across Asia, continental Europe, the United Kingdom and the Americas.

His work has included turnarounds, restructuring, strategic repositioning, market entry, commercialization, profitability improvement and successful exits across technology, internet, industrial and brick-and-mortar businesses.

That operating background shapes Sinteag's approach: build the thesis, pressure-test the evidence, identify the commercialization path and preserve strategic flexibility.

The management and talent model

Why this matters

Infrastructure IP is only valuable when it can survive technical, operating and transaction scrutiny.

Sinteag's operating model combines invention with the disciplines investors and acquirers ultimately test: evidence, boundaries, market relevance, partner fit, capital sequence and execution risk.
